In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant's/winner's online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized holder of the e-mail/Facebook/Twitter/Google Plus/Instagram account at the time the entry was made. All entries must be received within the time period of the promotion campaign to be eligible to win a prize.

It is the responsibility of entrants to comply with applicable terms and conditions of use of external service providers, in particular e-mail service provider/Facebook/Twitter/Google Plus/Instagram.

Proper credit shall be given by the OSCE to owners of the entry submission while exercising the rights under the license.

    Winner selection

The OSCE will decide on the winners basing on popularity of entry, engagement triggered and creativity of the content. Odds of winning will therefore depend on the number of eligible entries received, their quality and the number of likes, shares, and/or comments. Spot prizes may also be awarded to randomly selected winners and/or winners selected by the OSCE basing on any criteria, as additionally announced by the OSCE. Winners will be notified by a direct message via Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Instagram or email depending on the channel of entry submission and information provided. If a winner does not respond to such notification within three (3) days and/or does not meet the stated eligibility requirements, such winner will be disqualified and the OSCE reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries received. Winners will be required to provide contact details for the prize shipment. Winners will have five (5) days to provide all such information. The failure to comply with the foregoing requirements, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and the OSCE reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

The winner selected for the final prize (trip) will receive notification within five (5) business days after conclusion of the promotion. In case a winner does not respond to the notification within five (5) days with all the information required, or does not hold a valid travel document which would allow him/her to travel to the venue selected on the dates offered, or does not confirm availability for the trip, the OSCE reserves the right to select an alternate winner, which is fulfilling the selection criteria.

OSCE's decisions concerning selection of winners are final and binding. OSCE reserves the right not to award all prizes in any contest if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries for that contest.

The number and value of prizes awarded will vary, with two prizes awarded every two weeks and one final prize at the end of the promotion, and additionally a spot prize during the promotion, if decided and announced by the OSCE. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or assigned except at OSCE's sole discretion. A prize includes only what is specified in the prize description.

The final prize is a day with the OSCE. The OSCE will cover travel, accommodation costs and board for one person, as well as assist with the visa application in case a visa is necessary. No additional costs will be covered in case the winner needs to be accompanied by a guardian due to the age, disability or any other reason. Winner of the final prize must be available to attend such trip on the dates specified. In case the winner selected is not available, the OSCE reserves the right to select another winner or cancel the prize. Roundtrip airfare denotes economy class airfare to and from a major airport near the winner's residence. Winner must travel on dates specified by the organizer. No assignment or transfer of the trip will be permitted, except at the organizer's sole discretion. The trip may not be exchanged for cash.
